Welcome to NAIL ART BY QUIN., where every detail is thoughtfully considered, from bespoke designs to the care of our clients. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

APPOINTMENTS

  • Our services are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.

  • Punctuality is appreciated. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to respect other clients’ bookings. Send me a message on Instagram as a courtesy.

  • We do not permit children in the studio.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service fee, with the remainder payable in cash.

  • Full payment is required at the time your service is completed.

GIFT CARDS

  • Redeemable Services: Gift cards can be used for any service offered by NAIL ART BY QUIN.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Digital Delivery: This is a digital gift card. The recipient will receive it via email upon purchase.

  • Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval.

  • "Treat Yourself Too" Offer Terms: The "Treat Yourself Too" promotional offer is intended for sharing. Both gift cards purchased through this offer must be redeemed by different recipients. Gift cards from this promotion cannot be combined or redeemed together for a single service.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made within less time may result in the loss of your deposit or incur additional fees.

  • No-shows may be charged the full cost of the service. Deposits are non-transferable to another client or appointment without prior approval.

SERVICE POLICY

  • Our goal is to deliver bespoke nail artistry tailored to your preferences. If there’s anything you’d like adjusted, please let us know before leaving the studio.

  • Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available for completed services.

HEALTH & SAFETY

  • Your health is as important to us as the beauty of your nails. Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to decline a service if we believe it may compromise your health or the wellbeing of our staff.

AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE

  • Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your nails. We provide advice to help you maintain your design; however, we are not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare.

  • Regular maintenance appointments are recommended to keep your nails looking polished and fresh.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING

  • We take pride in our artistry and may capture photographs or videos of your nails for use on our social media platforms, website, or promotional materials.

LIABILITY

  • NAIL ART BY QUIN. is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, personal injuries sustained at our studio, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.

  • We are also not responsible for issues caused by external factors, improper aftercare, or alterations made to your nails after your appointment.

LONGEVITY & EXCLUSIONS

  • The durability of your nails depends on several factors, including your nail condition, lifestyle, and aftercare.

  • If you alter, remove, or reshape your nails yourself (or visit another salon for adjustments), we are not liable for repairs or additional services.

INFILL POLICY

  • For the best results, infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks, depending on the type of application.

  • Infills requested after this period may incur additional charges.

COMPLAINTS & FEEDBACK

  • Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you have concerns, we encourage you to raise them during your appointment or within 24 hours after your visit.

  • For concerns about nail longevity (e.g., chipping or fading), please return within 7 days for assessment (or within 2 days for normal polish). Adjustments will be made at no charge if we are found at fault. Beyond these timeframes, a fee may apply.

CHANGES TO TERMS

  • These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or policies. Please refer to this page for the most current version.
